A PROMETHEE II-BELIEFapproach for multi-criteria decision-making problems with incomplete information

Multi-criteria decision aid methods consider problems in which many alternatives are evaluated on several criteria. These used to deal with perfect information. However, practice, it is obvious that this information requirement too strict. In fact, the imperfect data provided by more or less reliable makers usually affect results, since any closely linked quality and availability of paper, a PROMETHEE II-BELIEF approach proposed help multi-criteria decisions based incomplete This solves matrix unknown weights within II method. On basis belief function theory, our first determines distributions masses II’s net flows, then calculates weights. Subsequently, aggregates distribution associated each criterion using Murphy’s modified combination rule order infer global structure. The final alternative ranking obtained via pignistic probability transformation. A case study real-world application concerning location treatment center waste from healthcare activities infectious risk Tunisia studied illustrate detailed process approach.
